2-Year Limited Warranty: Mevot provides a 2-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers the skateboard deck, motor, and electronic components, including the battery and controller, if used under normal conditions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or damage caused by exposure to extreme environments (e.g., water, extreme heat).

Warranty Claim Process:

• Mevot will assess the claim and may request photos or videos of the defect.

• If the claim is valid, Mevot will repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

Shipping for Repairs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty repairs, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

7. Safety Guidelines

• Protective Gear: Users must wear a helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, and other protective gear while riding the e-board.

• Age Restriction: Mevot e-boards are intended for users aged 16 and above.

• Environment and Conditions: Avoid using the e-board in unsafe conditions such as wet, icy, or heavily trafficked areas.

• Modification Prohibition: Unauthorized modifications void the warranty and may result in increased risk of injury.

8. Battery and Charging Safety

• Battery Care: Only use the charger provided by Mevot. Third-party chargers void the warranty and may pose safety risks.

• Charging Environment: Charge the e-board in a dry, well-ventilated space. Do not charge unattended or overnight.

• Water Resistance: Mevot e-boards have an IP55 rating, meaning they are resistant to light rain and dust. They are not waterproof and should not be submerged or exposed to heavy water.

9. Liability

Mevot is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper usage and adherence to local laws and regulations regarding personal transportation devices.
